You have the right to return the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days for any reason. The deadline expires 14 days from the day after you receive your products. You must notify us of your request to return the products within this time limit.
In this case, the products must be in pristine condition, be unopened and the packaging must not have been damaged in any way.
You will have to take the following steps:
Your money will be refunded within 14 calendar days using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction. We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the products or until you submit proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.
If the above procedure is not followed or if the legal conditions are not met, the products will be returned to the purchaser at his own expense.

FAULTY PRODUCTS - INCORRECT ORDER
If the products you receive are faulty or are not the products you ordered, please inform us by contacting info and sending a photograph of the products along with your details and your order number. One of our representatives will contact you immediately to look into your request. In the event that our company is responsible, we will refund all the money we received from you, including delivery costs, or will send you the products again if you so wish. Finally, you will be sent a return voucher so you can return the damaged products or the incorrectly sent goods at no cost to you.
